Ship your item using the instructions we provide, including a tracking code.

Receive your refund within 14 business days after we receive your item in good condition.
Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Items must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

For returns based on customer choice, shipping costs are your responsibility.

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
Beauty and personal care products with a broken seal
Underwear and lingerie
These exceptions fall under the legal rules for hygiene products and cannot be returned once opened or tried on.
