Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, returning your order is simple.

Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and typically range from $20–$40 to our warehouse in Asia.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at info@serena-noosa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship your item using the instructions we provide, including a tracking code.

  3. Receive your refund within 14 business days after we receive your item in good condition.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process above.

Important

  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.

  • For returns based on customer choice, shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

    Beauty and personal care products with a broken seal

    Underwear and lingerie

    These exceptions fall under the legal rules for hygiene products and cannot be returned once opened or tried on.
